Terms & Refund Policy

These terms govern purchases of digital products from studio0x market (operated by studio0x LLC). By completing a purchase you agree to them. Our products are digital goods delivered instantly — you receive access to download the moment payment is confirmed.

Refund policy — 7 days

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below. We review every request individually.

Before you request a refund

Because these are instant-access digital products, we ask that you act in good faith: please genuinely open and attempt to use the product first. Many concerns (formatting, how to edit a template, which app to open a file in) are quick to resolve, and we'd rather help you get value from what you bought than process a refund you didn't need.

How requests work

Every refund request must be submitted through the complete request form below — partial or informal requests can't be processed.
Every request is reviewed by a real person, who may follow up with additional questions before a decision is made.
We aim to respond within 3 business days of a complete submission.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or state (for example, rights relating to products that are faulty, not as described, or not delivered). Where the law gives you stronger rights than this policy, the law applies.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the product for your own business or personal use.
Please don't resell, redistribute, or share the source files as-is. The outputs you create with them are yours.
Downloads are tied to your purchase; access links refresh from your account / the success page.
