Privacy Policy
Who we are
studio0x LLC (“studio0x”, “we”, “us”) is based in Sarasota, Florida and operates studio0x.io and the eventOS platform. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our services and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account through Google OAuth. We do not receive your Google password.
We also collect usage data — such as pages visited, features used, timestamps and basic device and browser information — so we can operate and improve the service.
How we use it
We use your information only to authenticate you and to deliver, maintain and support the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the basic profile and email scopes needed to sign you in.
Third parties
We share data only with the service providers we need to run the platform:
- Supabase — authentication and data storage.
- Google — sign-in via Google OAuth.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
We use session cookies only, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing b@studio0x.io. Deleting your account deletes your data, apart from anything we are legally required to retain. You can also revoke studio0x’s access from your Google account settings.
Security & retention
We keep your data only while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we use reasonable technical measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product.
